All Sales are Final

Because we are a small business creating small-batch, one-of-a-kind products, all sales are final. Each item is thoughtfully made in limited quantities, and slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish, or other details are a natural part of the handmade process. These unique differences are what make each piece special and individual. Please review product descriptions, photos, measurements, and details carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our all-sales-final policy.

We truly appreciate your support of our small business and the time, care, and craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

Workshop Cancellations

If we must cancel a workshop, students will receive a full refund of any payments made for that course. Students who cancel their enrollment more than 15 days prior to the first day of the course will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. In recognition of the time and energy the instructor invests in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 15 days or less prior to the first day of the course are not eligible for a refund.

Age for Workshop Attendance

In the interest of encouraging intergenerational learning, some classes are open to students under the age of 18 provided that they are accompanied by a fully enrolled adult student. Due to the unique nature of each class, minimum age requirements are defined in the class description. Each participant needs to enroll separately. Please inquire with questions as needed.

Air Quality Considerations

Forest Nest Studio workshops will continue to occur during smoky conditions. Depending on the air quality level, we will adjust the programming and can spend time inside. When inside, some of our activities will change and we always strive to keep folks safe, engaged, and having fun. While we won't always be able to predict the air quality at every moment with 100% accuracy (it changes just like the weather), we regularly check the below resources to make decisions. We encourage you to also download the app and make decisions based on what is best for you also.

Indoor Location: If for some reason due to severe smoky conditions and we have to move inside, we will head to an indoor space.

We use the Air Visual app to monitor air quality forecasts and the Montana DEQ website and guidelines to make decisions when to move campers inside. Air Visual app: https://www.iqair.com/us/air-quality-monitors/air-quality-app
